| My name is Bob. I'm 41 years old. I've been on Dialysis for about two years now. Mainly I've had high blood presure for years. It wasn't kept under very good controll, even though I took medication for it. I started seeing a nephrologist for about a year before a graft was put in my arm, replaced because it stopped working. Other than still another graft replacement, because of an
infection, I've done quite well on dialysis for the past two years.
Weight is a problem. I weigh about 300lbs. Diet too is a hard work but I know I need to keep working at it. Not only do I need to lose weight, I need to keep that phosphorus down. My goal is to feel better and except working at it to make it my reality.
